    What is the return policy?

    We are completely dedicated to your health and satisfaction! If for any reason you are unsatisfied with our products please reach out to us within 30 days of your delivery date.

    Can I return a product that was purchased from one of your retail partners?

    If you purchased our products from one of our authorized retailers, please reach out to them for assistance.

    Where do you ship your products to?

    We currently ship to all 50 states.  At this time we are unable to ship internationally due to regulations surrounding CBD.

    Where do your products ship from?

    Our products ship from our fulfillment warehouse in Knoxville, TN.

    How quickly will my order ship?

    Orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.  All orders ship within 1-3 business days.  That being said, the majority of our orders ship within 1 day of them being placed.  Then there will be an additional 1-4 days in transit, depending on where the customer is located and the shipping method selected.

    What shipping method do you use?

    All retail customers have the option to choose the shipping method they prefer at checkout. We ship orders via USPS and Fedex. For orders that qualify for flat rate or free shipping, the default method will either be USPS or Fedex Ground/Home Delivery depending on the weight of the order. If you want to receive your order faster and do not see the option at checkout, please email and we can most likely accommodate your request.

    What is Route Protection?

    Route is a shipping insurance company that covers packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.  If the customer declines to purchase route protection, we can not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

    Where can I find details of my order?

    After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation.  Please check your spam folder if you cannot locate this email.  Upon order fulfillment, you will receive an additional email with tracking details.  Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking information to update.  Additionally, you can login to your account to access order information as well.

    I still have not received my order!

    Every now and then we see packages that are delayed in transit with the carrier which is completely out of our hands.  This is rare, but during peak shipping seasons, it can become more common.  Another reason could be weather related delays.  That being said, we carefully select our carriers and service options to ensure our customers receive the best and most efficient shipping experience.

    What if my order is marked as delivered but I haven’t received it?

    Occasionally the carrier will mark a package as delivered in advance, and most of the time, it will show up within the next few days.  

    If the package hasn’t shown up after 5 days and no later than 2 weeks from the marked delivery date, please contact us at
